- 1 / 5By A Google UserAlly sucked. She was this blonde employee that really ruined the experience. She made a racial comment on my receit which I could not believe. The food was very mediocre, I prefer making food at home. The soda machine was breaking and when I filed a complaint, I recieved sarcastic replies. However, they soon found out I was telling the truth whenever other customers complained. It also ruined my appetite when they kept burning food in the back. The only employee I was impresssed with was Rachel. Her friendly smile and helping attitude really earned this restaurant the 1 star it got. If it wasn't for her, this restaurant would have gotten 0 stars. Overall though, don't waste your time at this Arby's location. Go to other Arby's nearby.January 03, 2017
